What is Counselling?
What is counselling and how can it help? Counselling can provide support when life feels difficult for you.
I offer a confidential and safe space where you can explore your experiences and feelings without judgement. Whether you are experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, sexual issues or have suffered a bereavement, counselling focuses on your particular experience.
Counselling may help you to enhance your self-esteem, confidence and relationships with others. It can give you the opportunity to explore how you feel with an independent, trained professional, which can lead to a deeper sense of yourself and new perspectives about what’s troubling you.
Counselling’s aim is to support you to gain new insights into your own resources, enabling you to explore options and make any changes, if you so desire.
